We make every effort to display the textures, details, and colors of our full-grain leather and premium shearling products as accurately as possible. However:

  • Natural Variations: Authentic leather is a natural material. Slight variations in grain structure, minor surface marks, or subtle tonal differences are characteristics of genuine hides and do not constitute manufacturing defects.

  • Sizing Responsibility: Customers are fully responsible for reviewing our Size Guide before placing standard orders.

  • Bespoke & Custom Orders: When selecting a “Custom Size” or requesting custom tailoring modifications, you are responsible for providing exact and accurate measurements. Coverup Leather Store will craft the jacket strictly according to the dimensions provided by you and cannot be held liable for fit issues resulting from inaccurate user measurements.

4. PRICING, PAYMENTS, & CURRENCY

  • Price Modifications: All prices displayed on our store are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time.

  • Payment Terms: We accept secure payments through authorized third-party gateways (including major credit cards and digital wallets). Your payment details are encrypted and processed securely.

  • Order Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

5. SHIPPING, GLOBAL DELIVERY, & CUSTOMS

  • Processing Time: Standard orders are typically processed and shipped within 7 to 10 business days. Custom or bespoke orders require additional tailoring time (typically 3 to 5 extra business days).

  • Import Duties & Taxes: For international shipments, Coverup Leather Store is not responsible for any customs delays, import duties, tariffs, or local taxes levied by your destination country. All such additional fees are the sole financial responsibility of the customer.

  • Delivery Liability: Once a shipment is handed over to our premium courier partners and a tracking number is generated, risk of loss passes to the courier and the recipient.

6. RETURN, EXCHANGE, & CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Standard Size Items: We offer a specialized return and exchange window for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged standard-size outerwear retaining all original tags.

  • Bespoke Item Exclusion: Strictly note that all custom-tailored, altered, or bespoke sized jackets are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. These items are permanently modified to fit your unique dimensions and cannot be resold.

  • Cancellation Window: Orders can only be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement. Beyond this window, material allocation and crafting processes begin, and cancellations cannot be authorized.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION

In no case shall Coverup Leather Store, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, or master craftsmen be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind—including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, or replacement costs—arising from your use of any of our products or services. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless our brand from any third-party claims resulting from your breach of these Terms.

8. SEVERABILITY AND TERMINATION
